James Clemens lost to Sparkman back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Jets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Senators. The victory was nothing new for the Jets as they're now sitting on four straight.

James Clemens pushed their record up to 22-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for Sparkman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. James Clemens will host Austin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sparkman, they will be playing at home against Huntsville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Senators surely won't give up without a fight.
