The Brentwood Bruins stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They put the hurt on Summit with a sharp 74-53 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-19.
Brentwood's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ella Ryan led the charge by scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Ryan is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Paige Morris, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Brentwood's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-4. As for Summit, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-16.
Brentwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Summit also has no future games currently scheduled.
