Elkhart Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryleigh Viront, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and seven steals. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Sheridan Maxwell, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Lakeland Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Elkhart Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Elkhart Christian Academy is on the road again on Saturday and play against Lakewood Park Christian at 3:30 p.m. on January 6th.
