There's no place like home for Blue Ridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Gainesville Leopards with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tigers yet this season.

One reason for the win was Blue Ridge's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 25-4.

Blue Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Gainesville, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Blue Ridge will face off against Calvary Academy on Thursday. As for Gainesville, they will square off against Chisum at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
