Heritage Christian came tearing into Monday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They took down the La Serna Lancers 62-44. The Warriors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Heritage Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for La Serna, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Heritage Christian and La Serna will both be playing Aquinas the next time they take the court. The Lancers will head out to face the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
