After soaring high against Noble last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Biddeford fell to Falmouth 18-27. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Biddeford of the 30-42 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head.
The loss dropped Biddeford back to even at 2-2. The win bumped Falmouth's record up to 3-1.
Biddeford will look to defend their home turf next week against Kennebunk at 7:00 PM. Falmouth will stay at home against Marshwood at 6:30 PM. Each team will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Falmouth skips in on three wins and Marshwood on four.
