Wakefield has gone 9-1 against Rolesville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wolverines will host the Rams at 4:00 p.m. One thing working in Wakefield's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last three contests.

That's the most hits she has posted since back in February.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Emily Fernandez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one triple. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Maddy Lampman was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.

Rolesville's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Wakefield has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.2 hits per game. It's a different story for Rolesville, though, as they've been averaging 10.1 hits. Given Wakefield's sizable advantage in that area, the Rams will need to find a way to close that gap.
