Carson Long Military Academy fell to Mahanoy Area 72-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Josh Kingsborough was a bright spot for the Warriors, as he threw for 99 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 35 yards in the loss.
Pius X's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tre Jordan threw for 191 and 2 touchdowns and Eric "Chooie" Provosty had 113 yards receiving. On the ground Dashon Russell contributed 134 yards. Nate Stewart helped Pius X's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 98 yards.
He went 12-14 with 0 interceptions.
Jordan put up the best numbers through the air as the Royals beat Wyalusing Valley. Jordan's favorite target this week was Provosty, who caught 4 passes for 113 yards.
Pius X's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Royals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jordan has thrown for 899 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Eric "E-Bo" Marbury has 24 catches for 333 yards.
An important game coming up in All-American this week will be when Nativity BVM takes on Carson Long Military Academy. As it stands, Nativity BVM is in second, while peter lasavage's team is in fourth.
