The Hawthorne Hornets had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with  a   69-57  win over Fort White  on Thursday. Hawthorne is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 11 straight.
  CJ Ingram continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines,  dropping  a double-double on 30 points and 13  rebounds. He hasn't dropped below two  steals for 13 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Darian Bowie, who  scored 11 points along with four  steals.
 Hawthorne has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 14 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record  this season. As for Fort White, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.
 Hawthorne will take on Newberry at 7:30  p.m.  on Saturday. One thing working in Hawthorne's favor is that they have posted big  point totals  in their last three matches. Fort White's road trip will continue as they head out to face Hawthorne at 7:00  p.m.  on February 15th. Hawthorne has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 217 points over their last three matches.
