Assumption (Louisville, Ky.) continues to dominate prep volleyball headlines as the Rockets captured their fourth major tournament of the season and remain atop the MaxPreps Xcellent Top 25 National Volleyball Rankings presented by the Army National Guard for the third-straight week.
The Rockets last loss in September 2017 and avenged that defeat, beating Marist (Chicago, IL) in Saturday in the finals of the ASICS Challenge. The win extended Assumption's two-year win streak to 46. It was Redhawks' first loss in 57 matches.
In addition to winning the ASICS Challenge, the Rockets have won the Durango, Avon and Ultra Ankle Louisville invitationals.
But Assumption isn't the only team putting up impressive win streaks among the Top 25.
• No. 3 Yorktown (Ind.) has yet to lose a set in winning 26 straight.
• No. 10 Sterling (Ill.) is 25-0.
• No. 12 Cedar Falls (Iowa) has won 40 straight over two seasons.
• No. 16 McGill-Toolen (Mobile, Ala.) has pushed its win streak to 26.
• No. 19 Ridge Point (Missouri City, Texas) has won 20 straight.
• No. 21 Little Chute (Wis.) is 27-0.
• No. 25 Northwest (Germantown, Md.) hasn't lost since 2016.
Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, Calif.) doesn't have a lengthy win streak, but is 20-2 and remained No. 2 in the rankings.
Champlin Park (Champlin, Minn.) returned to the Top 25 as it has won eight in a row.
In addition to Champlin, Northwest and Castle (Newburgh, Ind.) joined the Top 25 this week.
Preseason No. 1 and MaxPreps defending national champion, Walton (Marietta, GA) won the California Challenge to improved to 33-3 and just missed the Top 10 at No. 11.

1. (Last week 1) Assumption (Louisville, Ky.), 30-0In winning their third-straight ASICS Challenge in Chicago, the Rockets ran their win streak to 46. Their last loss occurred in the 2017 ASICS Challenge.
2. (2) Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, Calif.), 20-2The Seahawks blanked Harvard (Westlake) for their third win since losing to No. 1 Assumption. Their other loss was against No. 4 Mater Dei (Santa Aana).
3. (3) Yorktown (Ind.), 26-0The Tigers added to their streak of not losing a set this season to 74. And the latest four victories have come against teams with 20 or more wins each. Up next: 27-4 New Castle on Tuesday and 23-5 Center Grove (Greenwood) on Thursday.
4. (5) Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.), 31-2The Monarchs have a challenging week facing Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita) on Tuesday and No. 14 Marymount on Thursday. Marymount hasn't lost a set during its eight-match win streak and is one of two teams to defeat Mater Dei. The other? No. 1 Assumption.
5. (7) Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, Texas), 33-1The Bobcats are hitting over .300 and averaging 15.4 kills per set. Their lone loss was to 32-8 Coppell more than a month ago.
6. (4) Marist (Chicago), 23-1 The Redhawks win streak ended at 56 against No. 1 Assumption in the finals of the ASICS Challenge in Chicago.
7. (11) Helias (Jefferson City, Mo.), 25-0-1The only blemish on the Crusaders; season is a 1-1 tie against 14-5-3 Oakville (St. Louis).
8. (8) Plant (Tampa, Fla.), 13-0Plant won its lone match last week, 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, 25-20) over twice-beaten Sickles (Tampa).
9. (12) Millennium (Goodyear, Ariz.), 33-1It hasn't taken the Tigers long to get back on track after losing to No. 15 Marymount (Los Angeles) by winning four times with 3-0 margins. Millennium averages better than 13 kills per set and senior

10. (14) Sterling (Ill.), 25-0The Golden Warriors have lost only two sets this season.
11. (15) Walton (Marietta, Ga.), 33-3 The Raiders swept the California Challenge and have won eight straight. Their three losses have come against teams with a combined 70-11 won-loss record this season.
12. (13) Cedar Falls (Iowa), 29-0The Tigers have won 40 straight over two years.
13. (16) Mattawan (Mich.), 24-1The Wildcats ran their win streak to 16 and haven't lost a set since Sept. 6.
14. (25) Marymount (Los Angeles), 24-6 Marymount has eight straight wins and looks toward its Thursday match with No. 4 Mater Dei (Santa Ana). The Sailors defeated Mater Dei earlier in the season.
15. (20) Kamehameha Kapalama (Honolulu), 31-2The Warriors defeated Honolulu rival 'Iolani for the third time this season as junior setter
Bryanne Soares dished out 50 assists in the 3-1 win.
16. (18) McGill-Toolen (Mobile, Ala.), 30-3 The Yellowjackets have lost just three sets during their 26 match winning streak and went unblemished in capturing the Over The Mountain Invitational last weekend.
17. (9) Torrey Pines (San Diego), 23-3The Falcons won five of six at the California Challenge last weekend.
18. (19) Chaparral (Parker, Colo.), 13-1The Wolverines ran their win streak to eight.
19. (21) Ridge Point (Missouri City, Texas), 34-4The Panthers ran their win streak to 20 with wins over Fort Bend Clements and Fort Bend Dulles.
20. (22) Mt. Carmel (New Orleans), 23-1All-American Ellie Holzman is averaging 4.9 kills and hitting 52 percent.
21. (24) Little Chute (Wis.), 27-0The Mustangs got 32 kills from
