Mister Smith was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 22 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. Talan Pickering was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Solomon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Bennington, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Solomon will be playing at home against Ell-Saline on Friday. As for Bennington, they will head out on the road to face off against Minneapolis at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
