It was all tied up 15-15 at halftime, but the Jefferson Colonials were not quite the Justice Wolves' equal in the second half when they met on Tuesday. Jefferson was just a bucket shy of a win and fell 40-39 to Justice. The loss was just more heartbreak for the Colonials, who fell 46-45 when the teams previously met in January.
The defeat dropped Jefferson's record to 4-12. Justice's victory brought them up to 6-14.
Jefferson will take on Lee on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close game. As for Justice, they will face off against Wakefield on Friday. Justice isn't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them this last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
