Sheldon is 0-10 against Hume since January of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hume narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Butler 42-39. Given Hume's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 79th, while Butler is ranked 320th), the result on Monday wasn't entirely unexpected.
