Analia Lopez gave up the fewest walks she has since back in March on Friday. She made a splash, striking out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). She was dominant the last time she took on Ventura back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Lopez has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
