It was a Battle of the Birds when Northside Falcons HomeSchool faced off against Hardin-Jefferson on Friday. Everything went the Northside Falcons HomeSchool Falcons' way against the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks as the Northside Falcons HomeSchool Falcons made off with an 11-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Jayce Jorgensen made a splash no matter where he played. He tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. Jorgensen was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jordan Bankett, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleb Steiger, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Northside Falcons HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 12-2-1. As for Hardin-Jefferson, they moved to 4-9-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
