 In what's become a running theme this season, North Yarmouth Academy gave their fans yet another huge  win on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Gray-New Gloucester with a sharp  13-3 victory.
  Lily Rawnsley made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run over five innings pitched. Rawnsley was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news, North Yarmouth Academy got a  massive  performance out of  Hayden Wienckowski, who  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Brooklyn Goodman, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Valley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past Richmond  10-9.
 North Yarmouth Academy's victory was  their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 5-1. As for Valley, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
