Pennridge's Mike Class recorded the longest rushing play in Suburban One - Continental this season in his game against Central Bucks West last week. Class scampered for 90 yards on the play and finished with 194 on the day as his team lost to the Bucks.
Central Bucks West added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Pennridge, 21-20. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Alex Gibson was a passing and rushing force as Central Bucks East bested Hatboro-Horsham.
Josh Adams was a beast in the backfield as Central Bucks South beat Souderton.
Adams was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 213 yards on 18 carries as the Titans fell to the Bucks. Teammate Dion Clifton added to the ground attack by rushing for 55 yards.
6-foot-0 quarterback Zach Nelsen of the Patriots is the league leader in passing yards this season with 936. He has also thrown 6 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Stutzman. The Pennridge star has 20 catches for 328 yards.
Next week's game between Central Bucks East and Central Bucks West will feature an aerial matchup as Nelsen tests his arm against Joe Ramos's defensive ability.
An important game coming up in Suburban One - Continental this week will be when Central Bucks South takes on North Penn. As it stands, Dave Rackovan's team is in third, while the Knights are in fifth.
The Bucks moved up to 80 from 128 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Central Bucks West was able to move up by besting the Rams 21-20.
