They enjoyed a cozy 54-38 win over the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Silent Warriors as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was DeSiare Ingram, who posted 12 points. Chyler Thomas was another key player, putting up ten points.
Alabama School for the Deaf's win bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
