Hancock's defeat was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-13. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.0 points per game. As for Northern, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.
Hancock will head out on the road to face off against Maryland School for the Deaf at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Hancock focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 37 on Wednesday. As for Northern, they will head out on the road to take on Southern at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Southern will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Northern surely won't give up without a fight.
