After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Loveland Classical, the Nederland Panthers were happy to have found some success on Monday. They came out on top against Two Roads Charter School by a score of 32-22. That ten points margin sets a new team best for Nederland this season.
Gavin Dillon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds. Rick Fortunato was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Nederland's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Two Roads Charter School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nederland will take on Union Colony Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Two Roads Charter School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ascent Classical Academy Northern Colorado at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
