Nampa waltzed into their match on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 13-10 win over the Boise Brave. That's two games straight that the Bulldogs have won by exactly three runs.

Nathan Kessinger was a standout: he scored three runs while going 3-for-5. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Ethan Stauffer was another key player, going 2-for-5 with four RBI and one run.

Nampa always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .524. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March.

Nampa's record is now 7-10. As for Boise, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nampa will challenge Skyview at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Boise, they will square off against Owyhee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Storm's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Brave's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
