If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Seaside. They will take on Molalla at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Seaside are coming into the game hot, having won five in a row.
Seaside took the contest and then some with a 64-8 win last Friday over Valley Catholic. Followers of Seaside probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
Meanwhile, Molalla received a tough blow as they fell 13-29 to Tillamook.
Seaside's victory lifted them to 5-0 while Molalla's defeat dropped them down to 2-3. Seaside have been dynamite on the offensive side of the ball, averaging 55.4 points per game. We'll see if Molalla can find some way to disarm them.
