Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Indianapolis Arsenal Technical to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rashad Street, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Malik Sims was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Despite the loss, Tindley still got an impressive performance from Damon Van Horn, who scored 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Van Horn has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenneth Lampley, who scored 14 points.
Indianapolis Arsenal Technical pushed their record up to 11-7 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.7 points per game. As for Tindley, their loss dropped their record down to 14-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indianapolis Arsenal Technical will square off against Lafayette Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Indiana (Indianapolis Arsenal Technical is ranked 76th, while Lafayette Jefferson is ranked 89th). As for Tindley, they will head out on the road to square off against 21st Century Charter at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
