After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northwood Academy, Strong Rock Christian was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 54-26 victory over the Loganville Christian Academy Lions. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Strong Rock Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jake Johnson, who rushed for 109 yards and four scores on only 14 carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave Johnson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Blake Hahn, who rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown on only six carries.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Strong Rock Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 301 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Loganville Christian Academy only rushed for 167 rushing yards.

The victory got Strong Rock Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Loganville Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
Strong Rock Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 38-25 win against Athens Christian on the 29th. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 26-14 victory against Gatewood on the 29th.
