Mason Sterling Delivers Best Effort of Season
Mason Sterling produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Humboldt to the win on Friday. Sterling rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also picked up 73 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.
The win for Humboldt keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Sterling and Humboldt will look to defend their home field on Friday against Central Heights at 7:00 p.m.
