Northside won the last time they faced Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Northside Patriots were the clear victor by an 8-1 margin over the Central Red Devils. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won six games by six goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Central from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Heidi Swain led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Northside pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven matches. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1.

Looking ahead, Northside will head out on the road to take on Jonesboro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central, they will welcome Auburn at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
