Carson Medina Delivers Best Effort of Season
Carson Medina produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Escalon to the win on Friday. Medina rushed for 83 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

While Ripon Christian might've come up empty on Friday, Amos Cady wasn't going down without a fight. Cady was dynamite, picking up 61 receiving yards, while also rushing for 54 yards.
This year, Cady has averaged 44.4 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 6.14 receiving yards per game.

Caden Bailey Makes It Two for Hilmar
The second Hilmar player making an appearance here is Caden Bailey, and for good reason. He rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 78 yards.
Bailey might have his next game, a home matchup with Hughson, circled on his calendar. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Bailey saw the Huskies), he rushed for 181 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry.
