St. Joseph Academy had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Crescent City on Tuesday. The Flashes were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Raiders. The Flashes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by 11 runs or more this season.

St. Joseph Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Crescent City, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-8.
