The loss dropped Whittell's record to 1-2. The win bumped Tonopah's record up to 4-0.
Whittell will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Smith Valley at 1:00 PM. As for Tonopah, they will face off against Virginia City. Virginia City will need to watch out since Tonopah have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
