Dalhart entered their tilt with Benbrook on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They secured a 45-39 W over the Benbrook Bobcats.

Despite the loss, Benbrook still got an impressive performance from Brennan Barton, who posted 22 points in addition to five boards and five steals. That was a full 56.4% of Benbrook's points, marking the third time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacorey Head, who put up seven points and five rebounds.

Dalhart has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Benbrook, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Monahans the next time they take the court. Benbrook will head out to face Monahans at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, while Dalhart will play them later in the day, at 9:00 a.m.
