The South Barber Chieftains lost against the Pretty Prairie Bulldogs back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. South Barber took a 42-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pretty Prairie. South Barber has struggled against Pretty Prairie recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Kaylea Robinson, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds for Pretty Prairie. Kayleigh Vogl was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
South Barber has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Pretty Prairie, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.
South Barber didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-23 defeat vs. Central Christian on the 9th. Pretty Prairie has also already played their next game, a 42-40 win against Fairfield on the 9th.
