 Hagen Conner made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over four innings pitched. Conner was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  RBI (three).

 Looking ahead, River Ridge will head out on the road to  take on  Hudson  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Springstead, they will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Central  at 7:00  p.m. Springstead is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1  runs per game  this season.
