T.L. Hanna and Hillcrest are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Yellow Jackets will be playing at home against the Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Like T.L. Hanna, Hillcrest also got a great game from a two-way player: Olivia Baker. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). Baker was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Skyla Benton, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Chloe Cross was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Hillcrest's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Tuesday. T.L. Hanna has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.3 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Hillcrest, though, as they've been averaging only 3.8 strikeouts. Will T.L. Hanna keep running through batters, or will the Rams buck the trend?
T.L. Hanna couldn't quite finish off Hillcrest in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 and fell 6-4. Will the Yellow Jackets have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
