The Irondequoit Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Hilton Cadets at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Irondequoit scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 56-37 win over Gates Chili. That 56-37 margin sets a new team best for Irondequoit this season.
Meanwhile, even though Fairport scored an imposing 58 points on Friday, Hilton still came out on top. Hilton took their match against Fairport 70-58.
The victory got Irondequoit back to even at 2-2. As for Hilton, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Irondequoit came up short against Hilton in their previous matchup back in February of 2022, falling 63-59. Can Irondequoit avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
