Several Panthers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Daniel Allen, who scored 12 points along with 6 assists and 4 steals. Allen is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sammy McGuire, who scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds.
Carolina Forest's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Summerville, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Carolina Forest will head out on the road to face off against Mullins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mullins has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 409 points over their last five matches. As for Summerville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Woodland at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
