Austin came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 53-40 win over the Pflugerville Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Maroons: when they faced off against the Panthers back in November, they had to take a 59-50 defeat.

Austin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.9 points per game. As for Pflugerville, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Austin will venture away from home to challenge Akins at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pflugerville, they will challenge Hendrickson at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
