Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Community Christian Warriors, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They were dealt a  56-6 defeat at the hands of Faustina Academy on Friday. Community Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  34-0.
  Price Horton threw for 89 yards  on 14 of 27 attempts.   Hayden Yelverton was his top target, picking up 69 receiving yards.
 It was another big night for  Damian Sipe, who rushed for 100 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also caught  a touchdown.  Ben Nelson  got in on the action  as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
 Community Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Faustina Academy,  the  win  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 9-2.
 Community Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Faustina Academy is on the road again  on Friday and play against Methodist Children's Home. Methodist Children's Home is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
