Ron Brown had won two straight home games and Darrin Rado did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Monarchs were the clear victors by an 88-68 margin over the Washington Leadership Academy Knights thanks in part to Rado, who shot 63% from the field on his way to 26 points in addition to seven steals and six boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game.

Arrington Smith was another key player, dropping a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Ron Brown's record is now 4-0. As for Washington Leadership Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Ron Brown will head out to take on Bell at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Washington Leadership Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against Friendship Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
