The Rossford Bulldogs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 60-45 win over Otsego. The win was some much needed relief for Rossford as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Despite the defeat, Otsego saw an underclassman step up: Cailyn Rider scored eight points along with five rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Jocelyn Cornell, who scored 14 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Rossford's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Otsego, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.
Rossford will look to defend their home court on Monday against Northwood at 7:00 p.m. As for Otsego, they will head out on the road to square off against Elmwood at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Elmwood is on a four-game streak of home losses, Otsego a ten-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
