Graden Pontius Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, South Callaway got the W thanks in part to Graden Pontius playing the best football he has all season. Pontius rushed for 244 yards and five touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 40 yards and a touchdown.
The win was the fifth in a row for South Callaway, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. Pontius and South Callaway will head out to challenge Linn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Tyson Douglas Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Van-Far got the W thanks in part to Tyson Douglas playing the best football he has all season. Douglas rushed for 291 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (118.2) per game.
Van-Far's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Douglas and Van-Far will square off against North Callaway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Dayton Humphreys Leads Wright City over Van-Far
Wright City came up short on Friday despite Dayton Humphreys delivering his best game to date. Humphreys rushed for 70 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 235 yards and two touchdowns on only 17 passes. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 54 yards.
Wright City's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-3. Humphreys and Wright City will take on Montgomery County on Friday.

Collin Moore posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He made three total tackles.
