The Ridgedale Rockets are on the road again on Thursday and play against the Wynford Royals at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st. Ridgedale will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 431st, while Wynford is ranked 113th).
On Monday, Ridgedale came up short against Bucyrus and fell 55-42. Ridgedale has not had much luck with Bucyrus recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Wynford's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 49-42 to Carey.
Ridgedale's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Wynford, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-1.
Ridgedale was taken down by Wynford 63-27 in their previous meeting back in January. Can Ridgedale avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
