While Bishop England put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for South Aiken. The Battling Bishops were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Thoroughbreds. Considering the Battling Bishops have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Logan Sheninger, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of JACOB MACKARA, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Bishop England has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for South Aiken, their loss dropped their record down to 13-15.

As of now, neither Bishop England nor the Thoroughbreds have any future games scheduled.
