Big Game from Nelson As Leeds Won 49-24
Starting off the list is Leeds's Conner Nelson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Nelson rushed for 161 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry.
Leeds' win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Nelson and Leeds will face off against Pelham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Sadly, Keywone Posey posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Center Point over Leeds on Friday. Posey rushed for 98 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 99 yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 61 yards.
Center Point is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4. Posey and Center Point will challenge Springville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Landyn Smith Dazzles in St. Clair County Win
Landyn Smith continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fifth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least three passing touchdowns. He threw for 237 yards and five touchdowns.
The victory got St. Clair County back to even at 4-4. Smith and St. Clair County are taking a road trip to square off against Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Meadows Came Up Big in Moody's 56-13 Win
Le'Kamren Meadows was instrumental in extending Moody's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Meadows as he rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, and also caught a touchdown.
This season, Meadows has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 83.2 rushing yards per game.
