Valley View's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jalyn Talbert, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. Talbert is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Charles Knight was another key contributor, scoring 20 points.
Valley View is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season. As for Temescal Canyon, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-5.
