Two Rivers is still undefeated this season after their game against Western Yell County on Tuesday, but Western Yell County came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Two Rivers Gators came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Western Yell County Wolverines. The six-run effort marked the Gators' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Two Rivers' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Western Yell County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

The teams wasted no time getting back out on the field as they've already faced off again: they played to a 5-5 draw later that day.
