Nevada had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. On Friday, they lost to Reeds Spring by a decisive 32-52 margin. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Nevada off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Reeds Spring a 1-0 record.
Next week, Nevada take on Mt. Vernon at 7:00 PM. As for Reeds Spring, they will face of against Seneca. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up next week.
