Lund had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They came out on top against the Beaver Dam Diamondback by a score of 29-16. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Diamondback, too.

The win got Lund back to even at 6-6. As for Beaver Dam, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Escalante the next time they take the court. Beaver Dam will head out to face Escalante at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Lund will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
