On Friday Noah Alvarado struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). The performance marked the fewest hits Alvarado has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. For the season, he has an ERA of 5.73 over 11 innings pitched.
