Ryan Meredith Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, North Miami got the W thanks in part to Ryan Meredith playing the best football he has all season. Meredith rushed for 85 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, and also picked up 53 receiving yards and a touchdown. Kole Wilcox was instrumental in extending North Judson-San Pierre's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Wilcox as he rushed for 139 yards and four touchdowns on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 55 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Caston had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Wilcox it was a similar story. Wilcox rushed for 48 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Comets duked it out back in August of 2023.

Rans Came Up Big in Pioneer's 28-21 Loss
While Pioneer might've come up empty on Friday, Micah Rans wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the defeat, Rans was still balling out as he rushed for 153 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 59 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 83-yard run.
With the loss, Pioneer broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-2. Rans and Pioneer will take on North Judson-San Pierre at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Lake Musall's Big Game Leads North Miami over Culver Community
