After losing to Haysville Campus the last time they met, South decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cougars narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Colts 9-7.
Jaxon Anthony was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with four runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Breeden, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
